Shipping Policy

We ship all packages UPS via their Ground, 2nd Day Air, Overnight, or Canada Standard service. Actual time to delivery will be a combination of shipping time and item availability.

We charge estimated actual shipping costs provided to us by UPS plus a $3.00 packaging and handling charge per order.

Canada
All orders with a delivery address in Canada will only use "UPS Canada Standard" as the shipping method. This is the UPS ground service to Canada and takes approximately 7-12 days in transit (plus order processing time). Canadian customers are responsible for any and all customs, duties, brokerage (if applicable), and GST/PST taxes. We collect ONLY the UPS shipping charge that we must pay to UPS. The UPS driver will collect any of these "border-crossing" costs upon delivery. You may wish to contact "UPS Canada" to estimate the cost of these additional delivery fees.
