Availability
Tough Cookies makes every attempt to fill completely your order at shoptoughcookies.com. In the event that any of your items are unavailable, you will be notified by email and will not be charged for those items.
Returns
All returns are for store credit.
Tough Cookies will happily accept any returns of items purchased at shoptoughcookies.com that are unworn, in their original condition, and with the tags attached.
To return any item, simply complete the return/exchange form that was included in your original shipment. If you need additional copies of the return/exchange form, please email us at shannon@shoptoughcookies.com and include your name, phone number, email address or fax number where the copy can be sent.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the date on the invoice included in your original shipment. Merchandise postmarked more than thirty (30) days from the invoice date will not be eligible for store credit and will be returned to you at your cost.
You will receive notification of your accepted return within five (5) business days of Tough Cookies receiving it.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund any shipping and handling charges.
Please remember that merchandise must be returned in its original condition with tags attached.
If you would like to use your store credit on a web order, please call us at 818.990.0972 or fax your order to 818.990.1305.
Please note sale merchandise is final. We can not accept returns or exchanges for sale items so please make your selections carefully.

Refunds
Refunds are not available for merchandise purchased at shoptoughcookies.com unless we ship an incorrect size, color or item, or if the merchandise is damaged upon your inspection. Tough Cookies inspects each piece of merchandise purchased at shoptoughcookies.com prior to shipping and makes every effort to ensure that you receive what you ordered.
