What do you do when you can't find hip, trendy children's clothing in your neighborhood? 

You open the store that you'd like to shop at!  In June of 2007, that's exactly what we did - and the result is Tough Cookies.

Early in 2007, I was pregnant with my daughter, Mia.  I knew that, after Mia was born, I wasn't going to want to continue the type of out-of-town travel that my sales job with an elite handbag designer entailed.  At the same time, I found that when I wanted to buy cool gifts for friends' children, or something for Mia that wasn't the "everyday pink tee shirt," there was not a store in my neighborhood that sold the kinds of cool kid's clothes that I wanted - the types of pieces that I'd like to wear.

So with my husband Joe, I created Tough Cookies.  Our goal is to make our store, your store.  A place where the shopping experience is enjoyable, where you can find hip & trendy kids clothes that you'll love dressing your child in, and where customer service is our number one priority. 

Tough Cookies is geared to hip kids (and their parents) from newborn to size 7/8.  Whether you're looking for the latest rock & roll inspried fashions, the perfect baby gift for the family you think has it all, or a great outfit that will make people stop and compliment you for your taste in your child's clothes, Tough Cookies has what you're looking for.
